#Crystology

What have you accomplished in the past year that you are most proud of?
Finishing my book and making the choice to follow my heart/ intuition and leave the corporate world.

What were the major turning points in your life?
Accepting loss and a lack of control over certain situations, and leaving it in God’s hands.

When’s the last time you pushed out of your comfort zone? How did it make you feel?
Often, because a lot of it is internal – but ultimately it provides a sense of personal freedom.

How have you changed in the past 5 years?
Immensely – on a spiritual level and just my perspective of life in general.

When was the last time you cried and why?
Yesterday at mass for my grand-aunt.

What is an important life lesson you’ve learned?
To have compassion more than judgement, because there are always underlying reasons for everything.

What’s the most daring thing you’ve ever done?
Create my business and skydiving both stirred up immense fear and courage in me.

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned from previous relationships?
Each person has their own reasons for wanting/ feeling what they want/ feel. You’ll never have to force anything that’s meant for you.

What’s the most challenging setback you’ve ever experienced? How did you overcome it?
It was more like a series of events for 3 years and I overcame it by praying and trusting God was going to eventually make the pain worth it (which now I’m grateful for).

If you could change one thing in history, what would it be?
There’s no point dwelling on the past, so nothing.

Which would you prefer in a romantic partner: a dreamer or an achiever?
I prefer a dreamer over an achiever but a combination of both would be bliss LOL.

Who or what inspires you?
My parents

Do you believe that each of us has a soul mate?
I believe we have many, and not all romantic or positive ones either. I believe we’re drawn to certain people for some reasons that can’t be explained in the general sense. In a romantic sense, I believe that when you know someone’s a soul mate, you just know.

In terms of your love life, do you believe in fate, or do you think that things happen because of our decisions?
I believe in fate. I do believe certain things/ people are meant to be. I also believe that our decisions influence if we end up at where/ with who we’re meant to be with. Some people end up marrying the wrong person and spend their entire lives wondering “what if” – and I feel as though that is also a type of karma, as opposed to someone who married the “right” person and experiences unconditional love.

What is your view about monogamy?
I understand biology makes the male species “hunters”, but I also understand that we aren’t animals and we can control who we sleep with so I’m FOR monogamy. It all comes down to a man’s values.

Who do you look up to?
My parents
My little brother
My cousin Tania

What are you most proud of in your life?
My resilience and my heart

Was there a book that influenced you the most?
Conversations with God
The Motivation Manifesto

How do you rank these three according to importance: career, family, love?
Family and love go hand in hand… but if it’s romantic love, then
1. Family
2. Love
3. Career
Romantic love would technically be considered family soo… anyhoo next question!

If you were to die tonight, would you die as a fulfilled or an unsatisfied person?
Fulfilled in so many aspects but also VERY unfulfilled. I have a lot I need to create and put out in this world.

What is a relationship deal breaker for you?
Being dishonest and failing to take accountability for their actions.

Do you prefer looks or brains?
Heart

What do you want from life?
To know that I’ve used the gifts God has blessed me with to make other peoples lives better.
To make my family (my parents and my brother) happy and to be the best wife and mother I can be for my future husband and children.
