Choose Integrity over Loyalty.

No description available.

I personally don’t like the word “loyalty”. I place so much value in integrity; because when you have integrity, you don’t need loyalty.

Integrity is having strong moral principles so that everything you do is from a place of truth, purity and good intentions. You’ll do the right thing – even when no one’s watching. You’ll say the right thing. It won’t matter what you have to lose or gain, but you stand by what you know deep within you is right. Integrity requires you to have strong standards and expectations for yourself and your OWN inner peace. When you have integrity, it doesn’t matter what people around you say/ do – because you aren’t questioning yourself.

Integrity inspires trust. Loyalty DEMANDS trust.

Loyalty adds unrealistic burdens of “always” being available and “always” having to behave in a certain way in order to prove yourself to someone. Integrity will give you and the people around you the freedom in order to do what’s right for the SELF.

Integrity over loyalty. Always.
